Outreach program at Illinois School for the Deaf. mission is to support families, programs, and services for children who are deaf or hard of hearing, throughout Illinois. ISD's Outreach Services are free and available to parents, teachers, students, and educational personnel who work with children who are deaf or hard of hearing in Illinois.

Illinois Service Resource Center provides behavior support for students who are deaf or hard of hearing in Illinois. ISRC provides training, onsite assistance and resources for parents and educators of students who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Illinois Hands & Voices is dedicated to supporting families with children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing without a bias around communication modes or methodology. We're a parent-driven, non-profit organization providing families with the resources, networks, and information they need to improve communication access and educational outcomes for their children. Our outreach activities, parent/professional collaboration, and advocacy efforts are focused on enabling Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing children to reach their highest potential.

Illinois Guide by Your Side Guide by Your Side (GBYS) provides one on one unbiased emotional support and resources by trained Parent Guides to families with children (ages birth to 21) who have a hearing loss in Illinois. This one on one support is free.

The Illinois Department of Human Services' Division of Rehabilitation Services (DHS/DRS) is the state's lead agency serving persons with disabilities. Our staff work one-on-one with individuals who have disabilities and their families to empower them to reach their employment, education, and independent living goals.

Division of Specialized Care for Children DSCC Established in 1937, and administered by the University of Illinois at Chicago, the Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) is the Illinois Title V agency that provides care coordination for families and children with special health care needs. DSCC, helps children with disabilities, and those who have conditions which may lead to disabilities, grow and develop to the full extent of their abilities. Over 20,000 families in all 102 counties in the State of Illinois annually receive services from DSCC. Services are coordinated by a network of professional staff in 13 regional offices throughout the state.

Midwest Gallaudet University Regional Center , An outreach center of Gallaudet University, can help with technical assistance, workshops, extension courses, the transition needs for deaf and hard-of hearing students and their families beyond high school, and more.
